Higher Energy Savings Certificates (ESCs) Approved for Reclaim Energy Products
Greater incentives now available for high-efficiency heat pumps in NSW
Reclaim Energy customers now have even more reason to switch to high-efficiency hot water systems. The NSW Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW) has introduced higher Energy Savings Certificate (ESCs) incentives to accelerate the adoption of premium heat pump technology – including eligible Reclaim Energy CO₂ hot water systems.
This uplift is designed to reward quality, efficiency, and environmental performance. Customers installing qualifying Reclaim CO₂ Heat Pumps can now access significantly larger financial incentives, making low-carbon hot water more affordable than ever.
What Are ESCs?
Energy Savings Certificates (ESCs) are created under the NSW Energy Savings Scheme (ESS). Their purpose is to reduce energy consumption across NSW by providing financial incentives for households and businesses that upgrade to more energy-efficient appliances and equipment.
When customers install a high-efficiency product- such as a Reclaim Energy CO₂ Heat Pump – an Accredited Certificate Provider (ACP) can generate ESCs that translate into upfront discounts or rebates.

Premium ESC Rates – Now Live
DCCEEW, in partnership with leading Accredited Certificate Providers (ACPs), has introduced premium ESC rates specifically for high-quality, energy-efficient heat pumps. Reclaim Energy products meet these criteria and are eligible under the enhanced scheme.
Installers who want to provide substantial savings to customers can contact the following ACPs:

- National Carbon Bank Australia
These organisations can confirm current ESC values, eligibility requirements, and how much your customers could save on a Reclaim Energy installation.

How to Access the Higher ESC Incentives
Installers and customers can access the premium ESC rebates through an Accredited Certificate Provider, who manages the incentive claim process.
