After a rocky start with my Heat Pump supplier, as soon as I contacted Reclaim directly, a whirlwind kicked into immediate action. Friendly, expert technician provided under warranty. Problems solved with caring customer support.

Had issues with getting my Reclaim system set up on my new build, with my assigned plumber being a non-believer and virtually abandoning me. Reclaim (specifically Rob) patiently worked with me, arranged some minor upgrades under warranty, and helped me remotely set up my wifi connection. Nothing was too hard for Rob, and I highly recommend purchasing a Reclaim system.

I strongly recommend the Reclaim Heat Pump hot water system as I have experienced significant energy bill saving as compared to the previous roof solar hot water system.

I have had a Reclaim heat pump for about a year now. It's fabulous. It's incredibly quiet. You can stand next to it and it's just a whisper. The variety of tanks was important to me. The squat tank was able to quickly swap in and sit neatly below the window whereas the old one blocked it. It barely uses any power and as I have solar it costs me nothing to run. It heats the water very quickly. The payback period will be well within the warranty. The stainless steel was worth the extra up front to me, as the lifetime cost would have worked out the same. I'd like to add that I've had no incentives to offer this review. In addition, prior to my engaging a company to fit the tank I had called Reclaim myself to ask questions and they answered straight away and were very helpful. I also did some digging on whole of supply chain sustainability and was happy with what I found.

We got a Reclaim heat pump in 2022 and it’s been fantastic. Recently after a brown-out there was technical glitch. Within 30min of contacting Reclaim their technician Richard was on site and within 60 min we were back up a running. Fantastic follow up service! High recommend the product and the service.

Very happy with my Reclaim Energy CO2 heat pump. It is very easy to use, quiet good for the environment and seemed to be too good to be true with the efficiency savings. But now that we have had it for several months now it is amazing how efficient it is and how I didn't look into the amount of energy we were using previously with an electric water heater. But I'm so happy of investing in this product and the future savings to our electricity bill. I'm telling all my friends and family of the savings they could also have. Thanks for a great product.

With 3 young children and our current winter weather, we were a bit disheartened after our hot water heat pump system stopped working and our electrician and plumber both told us they couldn't resolve the problem. A phone call and text message to Reclaim Energy later and Hannah had called me back within 10 minutes and Peter had me on the phone half an hour later patiently later talking me through a temporary fix for the problem. Now our hot water is restored, plans for a replacement faulty part are underway and we are very grateful. This is outstanding customer service and I would definitely recommend Reclaim Energy for their professionalism, expertise and kindness.

Can’t recommend more highly. Albeit challenges on-site during installation, Reclaim installers came through and the operation has been dream-like.

System works reliably as intended. Quiet. Solar timer function and low power usage means hot water heating is super low cost.

Works really well, great combination with Solar, just need to adjust the water temp a little higher and I'll be sweet. 4 stars only because it needs to last me at least 10 years for 5 but perfect so far.

We purchased the Reclaim Energy Hot Water CO2 WiFi heat pump with a 315 litre stainless steel tank due to longer warranty period (15 years and not to replace heating element after certain period which glass ones require) from their Melbourne local agent Total Solar Solution approximately 6 months ago. Option of Reclaim finance did not worked for me due to having difficulties with Reclaim Energy's third party finance company (payment limitation and software issues on payment page). Saying that, company was very helpful. But, it was easy to get finance from some where else. Heat pump, controller and water tank are so far so good. I am impressed by the system quality. There are many brands out there but the one that stood out was the 315 litre Reclaim Energy Hot Water system for me specifically multi programmable WiFi control option. V2 controller firmware upgrade easily done online. Compressor is Japanese made and uses CO2 as it's refrigerant and an Aussie tank is made in Australia. But, more expensive than other units in the market. Along with Solar PV system the system costs zero to very few dollars to run in Summer and winter as long as the PV panels produce 1.5Kw in power. Tank water temperature reaches max allowable temperature (60 degrees) in approx 1.5-2 hrs depends outdoor /water temperature. As for the compressor noise, you can barely hear it and that's if you are standing in front of it. Although there is good info and download page on Reclaim Energy site, but there is no specific technical support I was able to get regarding technician issues. There was no reply to my technical questions regarding certain operational mods for V2 controller from Reclaim's Quick Contact support page. Some times installers may not have the answers to your question or simply they don't know. I guess, it is not only getting a good product from installer but technical support from the manufacturer. I believe good technical support is essential as much as the the product itself. Over all I would definitely recommend Reclaim Energy heat pump. I hope, it helps, you to make a decision about choosing a hot water system.

Good customer service from Reclaim, even direct from the MD. I wanted a stainless tank, and Reclaim offer that through Earthworker, who I also got to do my installation. A neat install, they knew exactly what they were doing, and listened to my requirements. It now does exactly what I wanted, plenty of hot water when needed, quietly, but with almost zero energy cost.

After a lot of research we settled on a Reclaim heat pump hot water system, supplied through RACV Solar. Although more expensive than some alternatives we chose the unit as value for money and having a separate storage tank to the heat pump. The unit is working as advertised and providing sufficient hot water for our home. Additionally we were pleasantly surprised that we had hot water within one hour of the unit being turned on and with our current usage and unit configuration (Mode 4 PV Connectivity) the heat pump runs for approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Operation is simple using the android app which allows viewing of the current status with a facility to change settings. At this stage the production of hot water for our home has cost $0. Extremely happy with our purchase.

Very happy with the installation and operation of my Reclaim Heat Pump Hot Water system with 315lt Glass lined tank (REHP-CO2-315GL) and V1.1 controller, installed in April 2024. It is very efficient and doesn't use as much energy as I expected and the controller is very easy to use.

We had to replace our old solar hw system, and our plumber went through a few options with us. We went with the reclaim heat pump system because of the logistics of removing and replacing the solar system on our very high and not easily accessible roof. We are really happy with the reclaim hw system, fitting was easy and done quickly. Our hot water comes through much quicker than before so saving water as well. The long warranty on the reclaim system gives us peace of mind that it will be operational for a long time. The energy efficient system is hard to beat taking everything into account. Thanks Reclaim

We have been involved with installing these heat pumps for approx 6 years. The product performs as advertised, no terminal failures and small service issues are typically solved with a phone call. the team is super responsive and always willing to assist. For all the reasons above and more unmentioned this is the only product we align ourselves with.

Quality product, quality company. Whisper quiet just like it says in the brochure, and heats our 310 litre tank from cold in a few hours. The system was installed by tradies associated with the project builder who built our house. They were careless idiots. As a result of the idiotic installation we had a warranty claim. Reclaim were absolutely professional all the way and sent out installers they worked with to fix the problem. Problem solved. Very happy.

We installed a Reclaim HWS about 12 months ago. Initially it was shock as it operates quite differently to the gas HWS it replaced, in particular the maximum temperature of the eater delivered (50C) was considerably less than the old system. We have adapted our expectations and find the system more than adequate for our hot water needs. Like the old system it does "run out" but recovers quite quickly. I haven't measured the actual energy cost savings, but as we have a battery backed solar system the cost of electricity to run the system is negligible.
